Bookkeeping
You provide the supporting documents, and we record all transactions in the accounting software that best suits your business. You can outsource bookkeeping, including VAT returns, income tax or corporate income tax returns and year-end reporting, for a fixed annual fee. We also assist with switching from your current accountant or bookkeeping system.
Bookkeeping Review
If you maintain your own bookkeeping and submit VAT returns but are unsure whether everything has been recorded correctly, we can perform a full review for a fixed fee. We can also take care of your income tax or corporate income tax returns and year-end reporting.
Specific Topics
If you require support with specific accounting or tax-related matters, or other complex financial questions, we can assist you at an hourly rate starting from €70 excluding VAT, depending on complexity of the topic.
Financial Insights
Do you require specific insights into your financial figures? We are happy to assist you with analysing your numbers and providing insights that support your business decisions.
Financial Statements
Would you like us to prepare your financial statements? We compile your financial statements by processing your administration into a clear financial overview that complies with applicable laws and regulations. This service is offered at a fixed fee.
Payroll Administration
We provide payroll administration services for Director Majority Shareholders (DGA’s), ensuring accurate and timely processing of salaries and payroll tax filings. This service is provided for a fixed monthly fee.
VAT Returns

Income Tax Returns
Are you concerned about making mistakes in your income tax returns or do you have questions about specific deductions? We’re here to take that worry off your shoulders. Bookkeeping
You provide the underlying documents, we register all transactions in the accounting software that best suits your needs. You can outsource your complete bookkeeping to us, including VAT returns and income tax returns, starting from €70 per month excluding VAT. We handle your transition, which is included in this price. Note: The costs of the accounting software are not included in this price.
Advice/Review
If you manage your bookkeeping yourself but occasionally need advice or would like someone to review your work, you can use this service at an hourly rate of €65 excluding VAT. We can also provide a complete audit at a fixed rate, including the review of VAT returns and income tax returns, starting from €60 per month excluding VAT.
